Ownership and licence terms vary by engagement and are stated in the written agreement. Third-party software, fonts, platforms and services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

3. No Performance Guarantee

Examples, technical approaches and educational content are not guarantees of rankings, revenue, conversion rates, uptime or business outcomes. Results depend on scope, content, hosting, third-party services and market conditions.
